Our hiring process

Step 1

Apply

Apply to the vacancy that matches your experience and career goals. Submit your CV, contact details, and any extra information you think is relevant.

Assessment

We'll look at your resume and if it's a fit, one of our recruiters will plan a get-to-know-you call. This call will help us to learn more about you, and we can answer any questions you have. Then, there will be a second call with your future manager and some potential future colleagues.

Step 2

Present your case

Next, you'll receive a case assignment to prepare at home. Then there'll be a meeting so you can present your case to your future team. We prefer to have this meeting in person to show you around our office,  but it's also possible to meet online.

Meet the management

In this final stage, you'll meet with one of Mapiq's founders: either our CEO Sander Schutte or our CTO Jasper Schuurmans.

Step 3

Offer

After the interview rounds, we can't wait to give you a call and share the good news: you've been accepted into the Mapiq team!

Our recruiter will share the offer details and contract concept with you during the phone call. If we need to share some disappointing news, you will also hear from us shortly after the CEO/CTO round.

Onboarding

During your first three weeks at Mapiq, you'll participate in a jam-packed onboarding program. In the first week, you'll learn general information about life at Mapiq. In the second week, you'll receive team-specific training to better understand your colleagues' work.

In week three, you'll be invited to a series of 'deep dive' trainings from each department. There'll also be plenty of coffee chats to meet your new colleagues during these weeks!
